Oskar Blues Return Policy

If you find your OBB gear doesn't fit, or you would like a different color or size, please send the item(s) back to us at the address below and we will be glad to process your request. Items must be returned within 30 days to receive a full refund for the item purchased. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds on products more than 30 days after purchase. However, if it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, but less than 60 days, you can contact us about an exchange for a similar stock item of like value. If the item exchanged is for an item of lesser value, we are unable to refund the difference in balance.

To request a refund or exchange please email us at orders@oskarblues.com. Please include your order number (if known), your full name, and any other information or instructions that may help us locate your order and process your exchange or refund request. Typical turnaround time for returns/exchanges is about 1-2 weeks once we receive the item(s). For faster turnaround, please use an expedited shipping service and give us a heads up at orders@oskarblues.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request. We reserve the right to use the shipping carrier of our choice.

If the original purchase was made with a credit card, we will credit the card used at time of purchase for the returned item(s) upon receipt and confirmation of their condition. Items must be in original condition and must be returned for refund within 30 days for an exchange or within 60 days of contacting orders@oskarblues.com. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If we are unable to exchange or repair the item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue a Refund or a Gift Card.

Return Policy

  • Items purchased online or by phone may be returned or exchanged by mail only.
  • For a full refund returns must be made with the original receipt and merchandise must be in its original condition.
  • Returns by mail without a receipt require an order number, name and address.
  • Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable, unless an item is damaged or defective.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

·         If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

·         Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

·         Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

·         If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@oskarblues.com.

 

Sale Items (if applicable)

·         Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Gifts

·         If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

·         If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Products for Returns

·         You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

·         Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

·         If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

·         We cannot refund an item that we do not receive, so please ensure you obtain proof of posting and use an appropriate service.  If any parcels are lost, stolen or damaged in transit when returned, it is the customer’s responsibility to claim from the relevant carrier company for their loss.
